Chicken Curry 

Ingredients:

3 tsp. curry powder
1 med. sized chicken (3-4 lb.), cut into small pieces
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 of an onion, diced
1 1/2 c. water

 

Directions:

1. In a large pot add the water, curry powder, black pepper, salt, sugar, and red pepper. Stir well.

2. Add the onion and the chicken.

3. Cook on high heat until boiling, then lower temperature to medium. Stir well, then cover.

4. Cook  for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Stir frequently to keep the chicken coated with the sauce.
